10% service charge & 9% hotel tax must be added to all
above rates. All room rates are in US dollars. (A fix gratuity
of 10% Service charge will apply to accommodation, restaurant
and bar services) Suites are double occupancy only; they can
be rented as an individual room or as
an apartment.
Hotel Policy: No cooking in the room! Any credit card transaction is subject to line maintenance fee.
Floors (Suites): 1st, 2nd & 3rd:
- (Option on 1st floor: Master Suite - Queen Suite - Junior Suite): All rooms on 1st floor has queen size beds
- (Option on 2nd floor: Master Suite): All 2nd floor Master Suites have king size beds
- (Option on 2nd floor: King Suite): Selected King Suites have king size beds or 2 full size beds
- (Option on 3rd floor: Master Suite) All 3rd floor Master Suits have king size beds, no living area
Please note King, Queen & Junior Suites are built at the rear of a Master Suite, and do not have separate living area.
Check-In/Check Out: check-in time 2:00 pm — check-out time of 12:00 noon
Booking & Cancellation Policy:
A one night deposit is required upon booking a room. The balance is due
60 days prior to arrival. If booking is made 60 days or less prior to arrival,
full payment is required upon booking. A refund will be granted if cancellation
is received up to 60 days prior to arrival. 60 up to 45 days, prior to arrival,
50 % refund. 45 days or less prior to arrival, No refund. Credit card charges
are 3.5% Visa/MC, 4.5% Amex (non refundable). 1st night non refundable for all
confirmed booking.

- License fee charged by Government of Belize
