Additional details:
All rates are in US dollars. Taxes and service charge will automatically be added to the room rate there is a 9% government tax plus 10% service charge. To the dining bill there is a 12.5% general sales tax plus 10% service charge. Room rates are standard in low season. A 15% increase for peak season rates applies. Dining plans offer full breakfast, lunch and dinner at any of our popular restaurants. Beverages beside water are not included.
Booking policy:
A one-night deposit is required upon booking a room during standard season. A 50% deposit is required during peak season. The entire balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. If booking is made 60 days or less prior to arrival, full payment is required upon booking.
Refund policy:
The first night is nonrefundable for all confirmed bookings. Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of the balance. Cancellations received 60 to 45 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of the balance. Cancellations received 45 days or less prior to arrival will not receive a refund. Credit card charges are nonrefundable. Government taxes, hotel taxes and service charges are not included in our Refund Policy.
